Commonhold conveyancing
As commonhold developments unfold (under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002) there will soon be a demand for advice and conveyancing services from clients who are considering purchasing a commonhold unit, whether this is residential unit such as a flat or a house or a commercial commonhold unit such as a shop. This course has been specially designed for solicitors, legal executives and licensed conveyancers who need to be trained and briefed on undertaking a commonhold conveyance.
James Driscoll is a member of the Department for Constitutional Affairs Working Group on Commonhold and has written widely on the subject. He is the co-author of a new work on Commonhold, which will be published by the Law Society in May 2005. James Driscoll has also speaks at conferences on this subject and has advised on new commonhold developments.
